The ninth issue of the MotoUSA digital magazine is now available! Headlining this month’s edition is our First Ride aboard Harley-Davidson’s 2016 Road Glide Ultra, which receives a number of ergonomic updates, a completely dialed Twin-Cooled High Output Twin Cam 103 engine, updated suspension and electronics and much more. Plenty of photos from the ride around Portland, Oregon and southern Washington, along with a full video review, are available within the pages of MotoUSA Issue 9.
The First Ride train doesn’t stop there, as we head out on the 2016 Suzuki GSX-S1000 and 1000F to see how the K5 GSX-R1000 engine performs in a more standard package. There’s more on Harley-Davidson’s new offerings as well, with a review of the updated suspension package found on the iconic Sportster in 2016.
Off-Road reviews abound as well, with our first impressions of the 2016 Kawasaki KX450F, Yamaha’s YZ250F and Husqvarna’s 2016 line of MX motorcycles. We take the dirt duty even further with a team of riders tackling the Glen Helen 10-Hour endurance race. Our Road Test Editor hones his skills even further with a visit to Colin Edwards’ Texas Tornado Boot Camp, complete with rip-roarin’ riding sessions, time at the shooting range and plenty of tall tales shared in the Tornado Saloon.
As if that wasn’t enough, our contributors provide accounts of the start of a Kawasaki Ninja 300 project bike, take a look at a Husqvarna Army Automatic and recount the story of K&N’s Norm McDonald. As always there’s plenty of product reviews, photos and videos throughout the issue.
