Upon hearing much negative talk about your establishment, I chose to see for myself if the gossip was true. After visiting your store a number of times, I have come to the conclusion that your reputation proceeds you.
Many times I have witnessed insensitve treatment of customers and employees alike.
From what I have heard and seen, the workmanship that has come from your shop is less than satisfactory.
The lack of professionalism that is diplayed by you, your management and your staff is inexcusable.
You are true disgrace to the Harley Davidson name, everything that it stands for and the lifestyle that it represents.

I had some transmission work done about a year ago and thought you might like my honest opinion about your work. First off you told me a certain time for getting transmission back and you had it back on time. The transmission was hard to shift and had a bang in third gear when i got it back. I ask if that was normal and was told it was. While i was ridding my bike getting on the freeway i shifted it into third gear the gear you replaced and the transmission locked up and i almost wrecked. Had to have a tow truck pick bike up and took it to central valley so Scott could fix it. He pulled it down and found that a lock washer had not been put on the main shaft on the kicker side which allowed the nut to back off and this caused the main shaft to shift and locked the transmission between two gears. He put it back together and i rode it to for awhile. You also put a main shaft into this transmission also and i had to have it replaced this year. Scott did the work and said the shifting forks were way out of ajustment which caused it to shift and make the bang i ask you about earlyer. Now it shifts and does not make the noise i asked ;you about. i just thought you might like to no what lousy workmanship is going on in your shop. I know i am not a high dollar client or buying new bikes but i should have gotten what i payed for. I feel that i got ripped off and will tell any body who ask about your lousy service and workmanship. I know that the guys at central valley will do the work right and will not rip me off as your shop did. I hope you will read this and fix some of what i have complained about. I thought you were a shop i could depend on and found out the hard way that you were not.. Feel free to reply if you want i just thought you might like to know. Greg Rohrbach. rohrbachg@comcast.net
