Acceptable service face to face if the part was in stock but absolutely no follow through when you walk out the door. Two of the three times I have been here I could not get the part I needed off the self. I have called back multiple times and left messages with no response to the 541-688-5881 number. It has your message on the message but never have you called back in six tries. These were both follow up calls from in person visits and you never called me from those face to face visits. I had friends that gave you high marks and told me I would really enjoy working with your shop. I know why they are not riding orange anymore? I can't pick less than a one star rating or I would.
