TLD's Cole Seely Phoenix Practice Lap
Tuesday, January 15, 2013

Catch the video below and see a helmet-cam view of Cole Seely's practice lap during 2013 Supercross in Phoenix.
There were a number of crashes during the recent Monster Energy AMA Supercross round in
Phoenix; Martin Davalos and
Ryan Dungey in their heat races,
Ryan Villopoto early in the main and
Trey Canard on the final lap, just to mention a few. Losing concentration, even for a moment, can spell disaster for the most seasoned Supercross riders because every week they’re faced with world-class tracks that are absolutely uncompromising. Missing a line or coming off a jump wrong can often mean the race, if not the season, is over.
To get a sense of what it’s like to run a lap around one of these tracks,
Troy Lee Designs offered up this helmet-cam view from Cole Seely’s mount during a practice lap in Phoenix. Check out the footage and then imagine how crazy it would be to do it all with 20 of the most voracious off-road riders bumping and pushing you in every direction, and it’s no wonder so many top contenders were sidelined in 2012. Thanks to Troy Lee Designs for the video which is included below.
