Blew a back tire tube on the way to work one day and was stranded in the area. Dropped it off here to get replaced. Got the part in the next day and took care of it. I rode it home and the tire was flat the next morning. Since I had only had the tube replaced, I checked out the outer tire again and found a stubby headless nail or other small piece of pointy metal stuck in it. I called them back and found out that they never found out what popped my tube the first time. Yet, somehow, I had to prove to them that they missed this. Same outer tire. One hole. One piece of debris. I put way too many miles on this bike to get two nails on two rides in a row... especially since they would have had to have entered the same hole. Was told politely that I was on my own. If I'm ever stranded right down the road, I'll push my bike another 20 miles somewhere else.
