The only real reason I am writing this review is because the other review that i just read on this bike is not very accurate. I have had many bikes throughout the years including yamahas, suzukis, and hondas. From my expeirence, honda has the best overall build quality and reliability. My '07 CR125 is actually a great race bike and I actually do very well on it, even up against 250 2strokes, which are now allowed to race in the same class. My bike has a fully modified motor, and I never had any major problem with the bike(it was still a decent motor stock). I will admit though, even with the motor work, it doesnt have the strongest motor out of all the 125s but it is definately competative. Also, this bike comes with good stock suspension. I had mine sent into Factory Connection and it only got better, it soaks up just about everything.

Hey, i race with the Honda CR125 and it isn't that fast. it bogs when you land no matter what gear youre in, it has ABSOLUTELY NO reliablitiy ( youre looking at spending $200-$400 after almost every ride to keep it running). it doesnt really have power out of corners and isnt that great, but nothing really is for the 125 class...... except the KTM 150sx which has 40 hp and beats a 250 four stroke. think about a CRF250R (which won the Motorcycle USA 250f shoout out 2009 and 10) or if you like 2 strokes the KTM 150sx. Hope I helped because the cr125 is a headache that costs $6000
