Our friend and American Superbike racer Josh Herrin recently notched his first win in the AMA’s premier American Superbike class at Daytona last month. It was a big moment for the 22-year-old from Georgia as he finally proved to the world that he has what it takes to run with the big boys. Team Latus Motors Racing’s Jason DiSalvo recently piloted a Triumph Rocket III Roadster at the Bonneville Salt Flats and set a new AMA and FIM land-speed racing record in the Modified Aspirated Fuel (MAF) class for motorcycles up to 3,000cc. Riding for the Hot Rod Conspiracy/Carpenter Racing Team, DiSalvo’s initial run was 175.998 mph and his return was 172.
