I bought my new motorcycle at paulsons in the spring. Though I had to search out a salesman to help me, I already knew what I wanted and so it was a quick purchase. The problems I have had with the service though, are another matter. Each of the 3 times I have come in to have my bike serviced, I stand directly in front of the service tech and get ignored. Yesterday this went on for 15 minutes. He was on the phone, and didn't even look up at me. I went so far as to go and find someone else to help me, and he walked across the building with me (a guy from parts) thinking maybe he could help me out. Then we were both standing there being ignored. He went to find someone else to help me check my bike in. I already had an appointment, so just needed to drop my bike off. After they serviced my bike, I got a phone call and went to pick it up. There was no quick talk, nobody explained if there was any problems, I was handed a bill and paid it. I said "where is my bike"? and was told it was outside with the key in the ignition, When I went to get it, there was not a single person outside, watching to make sure it wasn't stolen. Just my bike, waiting with the key in the ignition. You couldn't pay me to go back to paulsons. I tried to call them today and complain, and felt very slighted in the way it was handled. Or wasn't actually, they didn't try to make it right in any way. I would recommend if you need to have your bike serviced, go elsewhere.

it appears that if you don't spend a lot of money here you're not important.
