I've got 26k on this bike and it has never been in the shop. It has a Screamin' Eagle Heavy breather and cams with V&H Big Shots. It's loaded with a mess of Genuine H-D cosmetics and accessory's. I've had 29 bikes over the last 33yrs of riding. $ of those have been Harleys, out of all those bikes, this has been my favorite one.

just turned 17,000 miles on mine. handles well, reliable and get about 48-50 mpg on the garden state parkway. i think if you follow factory service schedules, you will get a lot of miles from this bike. i also have an 09 ultra classic, and except for cold weather, i always choose the softail. it is what a bike should be.
