I owned A 1300 vtx before this 1800 vtx. Big difference in power you can pass a vehicle in a blind of the eye. Honda makes a very strong engine and reliable one with great quality. You will probably only see you dealer for oil changes. The downside for me is this bike is a tank and top heavy at low speeds, in parking lots and not very nimble! This bike is for very experience riders and i recommend if jumping up to practice with it before heading out and get the feel of it. This a good bike for city and highway for experience riders not newbies!

IF NOT THE BEST IT IS ONE OF THE FINEST RIDES I HAVE EVER HAD. STRONG ENGINE, SMOOTH SHIFTING AND BRAKING. PLENTY OF EXTRA POWER WHEN IN TOP GEAR TO PASS.
