Review
Purchased new (zero miles) in October 2009 Put 1200 miles on her in October one-third commuting two-thirds day trips We have five other bikes, Honda V45, Suzuki VZ800, Suzuki GSXR600 and a Triumph 885i Tiger Next Summer we will try her out on a real road trip Based on her performance to date we will continue to be blown away and completely satisfied. The motor is very strong and fast at 145hp How many 700 pound cruisers can you pop a wheelie on and it's as easy as breathing The Suspension is a little weak if you are on rough roads The transmission shifts fairly hard and is often difficult to downshift into first. Handles like a much smaller bike, very nice in the corners Ergonomics are very nice, very comfortable, can ride for hours without break and all day with no problems The brakes are great Everything about this bike screams solid, dependable, , quality with a heavy seasoning of hell-raising speed and style This will not be the last Rocket in the family, I can forecast at least one more in the next couple of years. Up to now I have been constantly playing catch-up with my husband as we ride now at least half the time he his catching up to me.
