2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 User Ratings

Everything I expected from this bike I got. Its is a very forgiven bike to learn to ride (in C-MODE). This is my first bike and I am very happy with it. The only problem that I got is with the transmission. I don't know what it is but if you are in 6th gear and suddenly stop, it becomes very difficult to put in back in first.

This is my first bike since my first motorcycle i owned for 21 hours and totaled my 97 ninja 600 5 years ago. May '08... Slowly around the parking lot half a dozen times and off i go up to 60 a bit faster then i expected to happen, hearts racing ... not even in the powerband yet and lovin it.. today 5500 miles later (in buffalo ny) 2 seasons later and she is parked right now waiting on fresh rubber and brakes (DONT BUY TOMAHAWK TIREZ!) excited all over again... I still wont push her through the whole power band but im close ;) who can hold onto 1st gear passing 65mph!!! thats just insain speed .. took less then 4 sec to get there ... but on the low rpm side im itchin for a Hayabusa or something beefy like that .. im 250lbs 6'1" and thinkin this bike is great to start and learn with ... "in c mode" lol but i never use it ... i only activate it to put it in "A" cause i like to make sure im getting every dollars worth! In a car it takes me 15 min to get to work on the bike 6... and 12 bucks for gas a week is much better then 30... and my son loves pulling up to school while the kidz are gettin of the bus and the girls come over and treat him like a rock star! in a nutshell LOVE THIS BIKE ...

very nice bike. love everything about the machine.i would highly recomend it to anyone looking for a 600 class.
