Light user friendly model with even more mid rang power as my friend has the 2007 model he weights 195 lbs i weight 244 lbs and he can barley beat me on his bike. If we switch bikes and race him on mine, me on his, theirs no contest my newer bike.but besides that their both wonderful bikes and have way more power than you can use on the street without going to jail.Ive Owned many bikes over the years my first was a Honda 360 remember those with the first six speed that is what the cbr reminds me of weight wise then a honda 450 and a suzuki water buffalo 750 tripple and a 500 kawasaki a chusman eagle and a 2002 gsxr 600 and last month the latest from honda cbr 600 rr.trust me you can not go wrong picked mine up for $8,108.00 out the door end of the year sale. one of the last 2008s at the dealer.I got the red and black color wayne rhodes
