Rolling nostalgia you can ride over the horizon, the Road King Classic incorporates styling elements from the past in a touring motorcycle with modern technology. The 2009 Road King Classic retains its 16-inch front and rear laced steel wheels and wide-whitewall tires. Tooled leather covers the seat trim and the leather-covered saddlebags. Touring features include a large detachable windshield, auxiliary passing lights, and standard cruise control. Two-tone fender graphics are new for 2009, and a new license bracket locates the plate above the tail lamp.

I purchased an 09 Harley Road King Classic recently and love it!!! It's extremely smooth and powerful, but I wish the seat height was lower... It gets a lot of stares and is very fun to ride. I throughly enjoy riding this bike, and plan to keep it for a long time. I highly recommend this bike!!!

I just purchased a 2009 Road King Classic about a month ago and its been great riding. My last bike was a XL1200 Sportster and while I really liked riding the sporty it wasn't much fun for the wife. The Road King has been a dream for her in the comfortability department. I especially like the way it handles for a big bike. Already I have over 1600 miles on it and will probably put on 5 to 10m more this summer. The only issues I have at this time are the seat heighth and the handlebars. I wish the seat was lower and the handle bars more like the 2009 Heritage. Otherwise I am very happy with this choice and would buy another in the future.
