2009 KTM 950 Super Enduro R User Ratings

This is a great bike, incredible amount of power at all rpm's. I believe you get what you pay for, and the value of this bike is great however it is also over priced at over 14k with taxes. Common KTM lower the price on this beast without sacrificing any quality.

This bike is just something else. Maybe it is the ego stroke it gives you every time you touch it, I can't say. But I will forever hold onto this bike and treat it and mantain it as if it were a princess, but throttle it like it is a mistress. KTM workmanship is always world-class, and it really show in this dirt bike. But I equate it to Beowulf riding a dragon. They are discontinued in the US, but you would be either unable to afford it or dust stupid not to buy a used one. They are rare, they will always be saught after, they will always be elite. Not many posts have commented on the offroad capabilities of the beast. The suspension is slightly harsh on the hardball, but excellent on the rocks and dirt. The ergonomics are a 4 of 5 because it is about 1-2" too tall for me, I am 5' 10". I'd just like a lower center of gravity for a dirt bike. Where it lags in flicker off-piste, it overwhelms on the straitaway. You can easily bet to hammering the trail underestimating 10 to even 20 miles per hour! This is due to the luxury sedan big body comfort on single track. This bike is bad... er, GOOD!

Haveing little time to ride but wanting it to be the best quality experience when I finally get to, THIS IS THE BIKE FOR MY ADRENALIN RUSH! When Armagedon comes this is the machine you want to be on. I have always been obsessed with the biggest dual sport of the time,and If I list all my wants,it's as if KTM could read my mind, expanded on it and gave me much more than I could have hoped. -It's pretty straight forward and bare bones. - I can ride it all day long and into the night and not get board. - I've had less problems with it than my previous BMW GS 1150. The transmision is so sweet, and the roomieness lets me sit or stand, and I do'nt feel all folded up like gumby. You really can do most anything, ride with the Harleys, tour with the Beemers, canyon carve with the Ducks or hit the rough with the enduro crowd. This bike is way fabulous!!

this is the best bike ive ever owned ive used all those other brand bikes and styles and i dont like them as much as i like the ktm super enduro. a must have for all dirtbikers
