2009 Triumph
Sprint ST 1050
MSRP $11,599
It doesn’t take long to understand why the Sprint ST is so highly acclaimed by the world’s press and its owners alike as a class leading sports tourer. Mile eating capabilities are well catered for. Aerodynamic full fairing, ergonomic seat design, colour matched, waterproof hard case sidebags as standard, fuel gauge, 5.2 gallon tank, trip computer and optional ABS all contribute to a practicality and versatility that few rivals can keep up with.

I purchased my Sprint in early 2008. After many years on sports orientated bikes I had to succumb to a less aggressive riding position due to back and neck injuries. It is the closest thing that will emulate something close to that sport bike feel, albeit without the need to rest as often. Much less often. Try it, you'll love it. Great all rounder and it loves the twisties and doesn't feel anywhere near its claimed weight whilst on the go. “It ain't a barge on the curvy stuff.”

one of the best bikes I have ridden in a long time. the completely enclosed fairing is something the other manufactures seem neglect as far as asthetics is conserned and also the ease of cleaning is similar to doing a car.The power is all you would ever need for all situations. Here in australia we have a lot of bugs in the bush and the smooth surface is great as far as not having bugs go into the engine area.It would have been nice if the fuel tank was a couple of ltrs larger to do the extra long distances that are required in the outback. the sound the bike makes is great stock from the factory.
