I'll have to side with John G. and Frank C.-I was also there afew years ago,and the atmosphere was one of we'll get to it when whe can.Now however, you get a faster turn around, complete explanations of what the bike needs, and what was done when finished.Totally different from years ago.

I also have to agree with Frank C. Bergen Sport Cycles must have hired new people in their Service Department. I brought my gixxer 600 in for service and was very happy. I had the opportunity to meet Vince, Tito and Mike. They were GREAT!

I read the reviews of Lou D. and Gail P. but I had an entirely different experience. The guy I dealt with name was Mike and he took pictures of my bike when I first brought it in. They did what I asked and was quick about it. As far as the price they were no more expensive than any other dealer I dealt with. They must have made some very positive changes since last year. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

I had a very similar experience with Bergen Sport Cycles as Gail P. My Honda cruiser was running poorly, I needed a new petcock valve and front shock seals were leaking. It took them 5 weeks to complete the work! 5 weeks! When they were finished they had dented my gas tank on one side, put 3 deep scratches on the other side, lost a side chrome cover and my cobra exhaust pipes are now rusted and pitted. When I questioned them about the tank damage they replied "it came in that way." The response about the rusted pipes - "we can't keep all the bikes inside." Well yeah, you had my bike for 5 weeks, maybe a quicker turn around would produce less damage! I would never bring my bike back there nor would I recommend anyone to take their bike there for service. An absolutely horrible service experience!

These guys are awful. Poor repairs, poor service, and way overprice. And a forever wait to get the bike back once they had the bike. When they said it was done - they had not completed the work. They could careless. Just awful! Oh and they broke something on the bike and denied it.
