In my opinion this is the best scooter for under 3,000. Top speed of 55mph, capable of two-up riding,100mpg, tons of storage, Honda quality, smooth engine. Don't let the 108cc fool you. With its fuel injection and liquid cooling this bike will keep up with any 125cc.
