2010 Kawasaki
Ninja 250R
MSRP $4,299
The Ninja 250R has always been a great place for beginning riders to get started, but modern sportbike technology means the littlest Ninja is a great choice for more experienced riders as well — especially ones experienced at getting the most for their motorcycle dollar. While its twin-cylinder engine might be small, light and compact, its 8-valve head packs maximum power into every rpm. The 250R screams Ninja performance, from its sleek full fairing and 17-inch wheels, to its UNI-TRAK rear suspension and triple petal-disc brakes.

Like a lot of the principal buyer of this bike, I'm still new to biking and this is my first bike. This bike is amazing for learner who want a bike they can push hard without passing close to kill themselves. The bike is really quicker than you can imagine, it is really light so handling this bike is just awesome. The driving position is instinctive and the wind protection is just perfect for a guy like me (5'7, 135 lbs). This bike is the kind you can put in the fun category. Even my father who rode some gsxr, yamaha fz, etc, has fun riding this bike.
The only flaw is that your ass become numb after 150km on the seat.

That´s my first sport bike. It really over than expectations for a 250cc. Fast enough to excite without put you in trouble. Able to ride head to head with bigger bikes on sinuous roads. I little unconfortable for riders over 5.10´
