I was involved in an accident on my motor scooter. Garner's Yamaha did an awesome job repairing it. After I paid for the repairs, I told Mr. Garner the scooter ran like brand new and looked like it did on the show room floor when I purchased it. Wonderful people do business with!

Do not buy from this dealer, and if you already have a bike to not get it serviced here. The mechanics do not know what they are doing. I have had a few bad experiences here. 2 months ago i had a full service on my bike. I left the shop and 7 miles out on the high way i started loosing speed. I looked at my rpms and they were staying the same. I looked in the rear view mirror and there was a ton of smoke. my speed was dropping because my tire was slipping. The tire was covered in oil. i pulled to the side of the road lucky not to loose the bike. All of the oil had poured out of my bike. I luckily turned the bike off before the engine siezed. I called the service dept and Doc the head mechanic picked me up with the trailer connected to his personal pick up. He said i hope none of that oil gets on this new trailer. i couldn't believe it. When this happened i was not mad at all. I was just shocked and happy to be alive and uninjured. I thought that garners yamaha would take care of me, but boy was i wrong. My dad followed Doc to the shop. I walked into the office , while my dad watched to see what went wrong with the bike. I walked into the office and expected someone to be there to reassure me that everything was going to be alright. I met Robert Garner. I thought he would know all about what happened. I mean one of his customers just had his body and life on the line due to a mistake made in his shop. I got nothing but horrible service. He didn't rush to offer me anything. He didn't say we are going to make sure nothing is wrong with your bike. He was being a big time asshole. he said you have one year of warantee if something goes wrong it will be soon. I Got my money back for the service but my dad had to walk in before any good treatment was given to me. Patrick the half ass mechanic didn't tighten my oil plug, so i lost that. He put a new one on and overtightened it. ruined the thread on my oil pan. my dad had seen him tightening the crap out of the oil plug when he put it on there after the original being lost due to his not tightening it. i took the bike back to get an oil change and told them i had a leak. I got there they changed the oil and filter. Patrick came out and said he couldn't find the leak that i talked about. he was lying because i saw that the original plug wasn't back on it. i told him he was lying i told them i wanted it documented that he put a different plug on it. Doc was extremely apprehensive because he knew they were trying to cover up there mistake although he never admitted it. doc said that if i wanted documentation i had to talk to mr garner. which is retarded because a mechanic is suppose to document everything he does. i talk to mr garner calmly but he didn't want to document it either. Finally he did but not before saying i could shove the document up my ass. He also told me not to come back to his dealership. funny im a good customer victim to some horrible maintenence and then im mistreated. Before anything bad ever happened to me i saw a guy having alot of trouble with bill in parts and mr garner. i suggest all possible customers to visit other shops. Yamaha is great, but garners yamaha doesn't know how to treat people.
