-I am a guy 5'-8 and 160lbs and have been motorcycling for 43yrs. This is probably my last motorcycle and by far the best one. I don't want a big ponderous heavy bike or an over-powered hyper-bike with enough horsepower to be terrifying. (I don't have access to a racetrack) A proper handling motorcycle should weigh around 400lbs, have 100hp, a flat torque curve, fully adjustable suspension, and superb brakes. I also don't want to be hunched over doing a push-up the whole time I am riding the bike. I like to go out for a tear for an hour or so and back home and be entertained. This bike makes me feel like a teenager again; that alone makes it worth every penny. It handles beautifully, is always rock-solid, and sounds like a Ferrari as the revs get higher. It has the torque and power that can be used on the street; if you are a power fanatic, or a much bigger guy than me then get the speed triple (good luck staying alive lol), but the weight penalty shows up in higher handling effort. Triumph has built my ideal bike and a very good-looking one too; a lot of naked Japanese bikes are starting to look like rejects from a Transformers movie or something stamped out with a cookie-cutter. I did a lot of research on the Internet before buying the bike and could not find any issues concerning reliability or dislikes. This bike is the most fun you can have with your clothes on; I'm impressed. - Wayne
