The Yoshimura R-77 full exhaust system reduced the bike’s weight by 13.1 pounds down to 437 pounds with a full tank of fuel.
As usual Yoshimura craftsmanship continues to blow us away.

We love the racier look of the Yosh pipe.
It’s hard to improve BMW’s stock S1000RR exhaust but the Yoshimura did boosting peak horsepower by 6.39.

The LCR shock linkage helps the rider control power slides when exiting corners.
The LCR shock linkage changes the attitude of the motorcycle. For optimum results an ride-height adjustable shock needs to be installed.
As always cornering stability is a strong point with the BMW.

The OE-fitted Metzler Racetech K3 tires work well on the racetrack.
With the LCR link it is much easier to control the rear tire during power slides off corners.
The LCR shock linkage allows the back tire to dig into the pavement even harder than stock.
An optional muffler insert reduces exhaust noise down to levels comparable to stock.
