Took my bike there to have it tuned up and the carbs cleaned. After getting the estimate it was $540 to just clean the carbs and change a plug and change the oil. WAY too much! I decided to just have the carbs cleaned and they still charged me $280 with no parts! There was a $77 charge for estimate (which i was never informed of while dropping the bike off). I have never heard of an estimate charge before. These people are a bunch of crooks just a family owned business trying to screw people because the economy is horrible. After talking with them explaining everything the OLD white hair dude in there didn't want to hear what i was saying and then I gave him advice on he should inform people about this estimate charge. I spend a few thousand a year on tires parts and labor on my bike and my wifes and they just lost out on alot of money. I told the guy that as well and that I will never be back to have any work done to anything at the place and that if he would compromise on the dropping the estimate charge I would be back but like I said he didn't want to hear me and ignored what I was saying as I was being polite. I should of went off on him to at least acknowledge me or something. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! FYI there used motorcycle prices are STUPID HIGH!

I've had good experiences with Elli's Cycles. My home is about 100 miles from this dealer, but this is where I bought my first bike in October of 2010. I had been looking for a used bike, but they were able to sell me a new one for a price I was happy to pay. They seemed to genuinely want to find the right bike for me, not just sell me what they had the most of. I recently had been looking for a particular helmet which the shops closer to me did not have in stock. So, I drove down to Elli's, and they had it in stock with the right size and right color. I can see myself buying my second and third bikes from them.

Have been very satisfied with all aspects of this amazing store. I still own the first motorcycle I purchased from Elli's and have had it serviced there as well as purchased parts to do work on my own, and I can say that there is no doubt in my mind that my next bike purchase will be there.

Nice family owned local dealer that provides very competitive motorcycle, parts, and service pricing. Owners are polite and work with you on whatever you need.
