Chris Borich continued his success from 2010 by winning the opening round of the 2011 Can-Am GNCC series.

Adam McGill nailed his first win of the season at Steele Creek.

Jarrod McClure nabbed the holeshot to start the contest, picking up the Motosport.com holeshot award and eventually finishing third.

In the XC2 division Walker Fowler took his third straight win of the season and is undefeated so far.

Chris Borich had a well-deserved victory at Big Buck and currently leads the 2011 GNCC series by 12 points.

Walker Fowler built a sizeable lead in the first few laps of the XC2 contest and coasted to his fourth straight win of the season.

Taylor Kiser: "It was really warm today so I tried to pace myself. I made a few mistakes and lost ground, but all in all it was a good day."

Adam McGill: "This was a good day. I wish I could have been there at the end but I ran into some lappers. But that's racing. I'll take second place on the chin and keep going."

Despite difficult conditions, Chris Borich finished second after climbing up to the lead pack on the final lap.

Walker Fowler landed his fift straight win of the season in Indiana ahead of Patrick McGuire.

Adam McGill: "This track went from being really good to really bad in a heartbeat, it was gnarly."

During a rainstorm Brian Wolf declared victory with his first win in the premier class at the inaugural Indy 100.

Chris Borich was first to cross the line in the XC1 class and currently leads the series by 28 points ahead of Adam McGill.

Walker Fowler achieved a unique feat at the Rock Run GNCC after beating the premier class by more than 20 seconds.

Brian Wolf rounded out the podium in Round 7 after a final lap battle with Chris Borich.

Walker Fowler claimed the 2011 XC2 Championship after remaining perfect in every round so far.

Adam McGill: "About a mile before the finish I was on some slippery rocks and I caught a hand guard on a dead tree and it turned me sideways. I was so furious I couldn't even scream. But racing is racing and it was a good hard-fought battle."

Brian Wolf made the pass for the win after Adam McGill clipped a tree on the last lap.

Chris Borich is now 36 points ahead of Adam McGill after winning his seventh GNCC this season.

Foremost Insurance/Warnert Racing Can-Am's Adam McGill rounded out the podium at the Powerline Park GNCC.

Brian Wolf got bogged-down less than two miles from the finish and had to settle for second.

Suzuki's Chris Borich secured his third XC1 title after defeating Ballance Racing Yamaha's Taylor Kiser.

Walker Fowler nabbed the XC2 Championship after winning his 12th race of the season.

Taylor Kiser: "We charged hard today and the bike really hooked up and was running great."

McGill rounded out the podium in third and is second overall in the championship as it heads into the final round.

Chris Borich earned his 10th win of the season in Hurrican Mills after overtaking Adam McGill on the final lap.

Walker Fowler became the first rider in GNCC history to achieve a perfect season in the XC2 class with 13 wins.

Taylor Kiser made it on the podium in the final round despite hitting a tree.

Adam McGill: "We came onto the motocross track for the final time and Chris had a good line and that was all she wrote. Then a few turns later, Kiser and I came together just before the finish."
