Sold back in April of 2009? Lol! You must be referring to the 'New Owners' Open House which happened to be an open house for New BIKE owners, like myself. I bought my Sportster 883 from Trapper back in February of this year. I learned two things during my purchase, their employees are extremely dedicated to customer service and Wabash Valley is a family owned, generational business (thank you stephanie!)and will be for years to come.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this dealership. The staff has changed around quite a bit recently but I think that's probably for the better!

Most times I go in to the showroom, I am either invisible or have to find someone to help me. Not to mention, that I cannot get the correct parts from them. I will not let them work on my bike for fear of what I have seen in the showroom, may be worse in the shop. They could use some hints from other dealers. I have been to dealers in the south and up to the north and every one of them greet you when you come in, all will ask you if you need help, and they all say thank you and some say come again. Wabash Valley does none of those things. They do not know what Hoosier hospitality is and should be ashamed. They represent Harley-Davidson and people spend good money on one of their bikes & motor clothes & they should be treated with respect & professionalism. I live less than 5 miles away & I drive over 60 miles for anything Harley-Davidson related. I have heard that the dealership was sold back April 2009. If that is the case, let us hope for great strides in salesmanship & customer service. I rate them a D-, and that is only because they have a lot of bikes in the showroom.
