I agree with the other gentleman's post, these people are indeed liars and thieves. Damage done to my bike was denied ... it took two years to get it repaired and even then they charged me $500 for work that should have been covered without charge. They post signs about wanting to buy used bikes but that's nonsense. They just want to fill up their showroom without incurring the cost of inventory. They do virtually nothing to sell the bike once they have it. The manager at the time was Mike, another liar, a creep. The owner at the time was Whitey, who swore to my face that he would resolve all my issues to my satisfaction and then effectively did nothing. I bought three bikes from these clowns (NYC store) and am now shopping for new bikes for my g/f and me and won't even consider shopping at this place. I'll get a much better deal elsewhere without all the BS. Potential buyers, please beware, they people are dishonest shysters. I'm giving one star only because you can't post a comment without selecting at least one.

repairs took 6 weeks because of lazy diagnostics and "jumping on and off the bike" - unauthorized repairs were made - ripped off by at least $1,000 -- 2 causes for each problem?? -- liars and thieves!! great first experience (and last) i own 4 machines, need 1 more and 2 trailers -- what a way to treat a new customer!!

Took 3 weeks to get a service date for a carburator cleaning. Once the date arrived and I went there with bike, they told me that the date only was for them to take a look at it and they would not have it ready same day. When I called in afternoon, they told me that they had not looked at it and would probably not be able to for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to go and bring it home and look for service elsewhere! A wasted day for nothing after waiting 3 weeks on an appointment!
