We were stranded in louisville during a vacation with a flat tire on Monday 07/05/10.
ok they are closed on mondays.
I called first thing Tuesday 07/06/10 to buy a tire, and have it installed.
after asking for service, them not knowing or asking themselves, transferred me to parts so I could ask if my tire was in stock for them to install, then having to be transferred back to service to find out they DO NOT INSTALL TIRES ON TUESDAY and could not service me until FRIDAY 07/09/10. I'll repeat STRANDED in LOUISVILLE during VACATION. Do you call that service.
