Never going there again January 13, 2010 06:14 PM
Worst service ever! The old man sitting by the door is rude and acts like you are bothering him if you try to talk to hime. Had a friend meet me there and no body there even acknowledged his being there. Went to the Honda shop next door and was treated like a king. I guese Cycles & More can afford to pick and chose their customers.

Great Service! Called them up to see if they could repair my bike which has had a recurring electrical problem. It has been into three different shops for the same problem, and each time the problem came back within a week. When I talked to the service dept. they told me they could probably get to it in about a week. Got the bike back in three days and haven't had a bit of trouble since. That was a couple months ago. The price was very reasonable (Especially in comparison to the other shops considering they had me replace parts, which apparently I didn't need). They repaired my harness and told me no new parts were necessary! What a relief to know there is still an honest shop out there! I had to travel to get to them but it was worth every mile! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After waiting two weeks to drop off my bike, they took over two months to replace the rear tire, do a full service tune up, and replace the rear passenger foot peg, all of which cost me over $780. They keep very few parts in stock, so every part they order typically takes 7 business days to arrive, and they only order once a week. They won't even order your parts until they've started on your bike, even if they already know what parts they'll need. What they don't tell you is that unless you bought your bike there, you get bumped to the back of the line every time one of their regular customers wants their bike serviced - no matter how long yours has been in the shop.
