I drooped of my sons 4 wheeler to be worked on-it set there for two months and they never did anything to it-I picked it up and sold it ! I was so dumb I went back and bought a new 4 wheeler from them-we agreed on a price and shook hands-I went in to another room to finish the transaction and they said they could not sell it since I was not paying cash-my son was there so I ended up getting it for his birthday-I do not think these people are on the up and up! Suzuki makes a Great Product but these people have problems!

I called this dealer on 1-24-12 to look for a part for my fourwheeler and asked for the parts depatment and the guy said they are busy they would call me back and i left my number with them. I asked the guy on the phone how was there service and he said great . I asked him about the bad comment somebody wrote about them and he said some people complain more than others and you never here about the good ones. Well today is 1-26-12 i still did not get a phone call from them (they must be real busy ) i called them again today finally got to talk to somebody in the parts department and to find out they do not sale parts any more to articat four wheelers.IF THAT IS TRUE THEN TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU DO. And this pissed off customer would not have wasted two days on this company.

This is a comment concerning the Service Department. I took my bike in the end of December 2010 to have some routine maintenance performed. There it sat for over 3 months with no work performed with the exception of the estimate which I approved. I visited service on 4-5 different ocassion during that period of time and each time I was informed my bike would be worked on within the following week. On Friday 25 March 2011 the bike had still not been worked on so I decided to take it to another shop. This shop immediatedly started work and Monday, 28 March 2011, they notified me that my igniter assembly was missing. I returned to Powersports of Orange Park today, Tuesday, 29 March 2011 and of course, the igniter was no where to be found and they denied any culpibilty claiming their techs would never pilfer this for any reason. Of course the finger pointing began. The igniter happens to be a $750.00 item new, which I now have to purchase! Beware of Powersports service in Orange Park. By the way, the bike was running when I dropped it off and of course, without an igniter, it now can't.
