There are many people who believe that there is no replacement for displacement. Then there are those that feel NOS is the only way to go. What about superchargers though? Then there are those who choose all of the above.

In this day and age people often believe that bigger is better and at Boss Hoss, their V8 powered cruisers have been selling like crazy so why would we not believe these statements as if they were gospel? One Boss Hoss owner in particular believes in excess in the form of overkill to the power of 'N'.

The bike, nicknamed 'Overkill' features a pair of stacked B&M blowers mated to what started as an aluminum block 350 with a 4.155-inch bore and a long 4.00-inch stroke which then increased displacement to over 400c.i.

Inside the motor an Eagle crank and rods attach to JE pistons at 10:1 compression. Comp Cams street rollers that specs out at 252/256 degrees duration with 0.050-inch tappet lift and 0.592/0.592-inch lift with a lobe separation angle of 107 degrees using aluminum Crane roller rockers. An Airflow Research's 227cc 23-degree head CNC-ported for max efficiency makes sure to get the most of the supplied fuel. A highly modified Victor single-plane intake accepts the air-fuel mixture from the quartet of 950-cfm SSRE-modified Holley carbs. A set of custom hand built stainless 1-3/4-inch primary-tube headers expel fuel lout the groups of adjustable Super-Trapp type silencers. The entire kit can be purchased for your own bike for just under $7,500.

Could you imagine rolling into Sturgis on this bad pig You would definitely be the talk of town with this monstrosity between your legs.

When asked what his inspiration for this powerhouse pig, bike builder Sylvester Dillworth quickly replied: "I was sick of getting waxed by them damn metric cruisers so I figured I needed an edge of some kind. I figure the bike puts out something in the neighborhood of 564 lb-ft of torque at 5,300 rpm and 595 hp at 6,100 rpm." And if that doesn't work there's always the Nitrous right.

Well Mr. Dillworth, I think you have succeeded – in going over the edge. If you are looking for more information on the Acme aftermarket performance kit you are sick in the head and should seek professional help immediately.
