The Progressive International Motorcycle Shows
has announced today the 2011-2012 tour series will be supported by three newly-added creative and social media agencies. Specializing in advertising, social media and powersports media relations, the three companies will support the brand throughout the 12 show tour to be held in metropolitan hubs across the country. Much of the new branding campaign will be led by veteran public relations agency Spin Communications, who has supported the show series for the past six years. The new agencies supporting the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows are Dentsu America (advertising), Halogen Media Group (social media) and DRIVEN Public Relations (automotive and motorcycle public relations). Each agency offers a unique perspective on how to fully engage their respective audiences to raise the profile of the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows brand. With new, exciting show features, additional exhibitors and manufacturers joining the series and increasing attendance, the new partnerships with Dentsu America, Halogen, DRIVEN Public Relations and Spin Communications will greatly support the brand development of the Shows this season.
“For the past 30 years, the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows has provided a great show platform for motorcycle enthusiasts to come and enjoy the latest bikes on the market. With the addition of our new agencies, we are confident we will expand our market, deepen our engagement and enhance the experiences of show goers with new features, new motorcycle manufacturers and more bikes than ever before. As the show travels the country and continues to grow, we are no longer just a motorcycle show – we offer a place to research the latest gear, technology and accessories, an opportunity to demo bikes in a no-sales pressure environment, a place to ask questions from industry experts – a true one-stop shop for everything motorcycles. With Dentsu America, Halogen, DRIVEN Public Relations and Spin Communications, we now have the creative support needed to encourage our growth,” said Allison Lombardo, vice president of marketing, Advanstar Communications.
Dentsu America is the United States flagship for the world’s largest agency brand. With fresh new ideas, sharp, smart visual designs and powerful messaging, Dentsu’s Los Angeles office will spearhead an all-new advertising campaign designed to showcase the enhanced Progressive International Motorcycle Shows brand.
