New Management staff very inmpressive at Wesley Chapel Performance Honda. Friday 1/13/12 I took my wing in for the recall inspection. As luck would have it my master brake cylinder was one of the bad ones. At 11:30 AM I was told that it would take 3 days and require California approval for the part and repair. I mentioned to Jeremy Lentz, the NEW SERVICE Manager, that I had two rides planned for this weekend. Jeremy warned me the wing was not safe to ride. I called my wife to come and pick me up (wingless) from the dealership. Two (2) hours later Jeremy called me and said my wing was ready for pick up. He acquired approval to use an in stock part and repair my wing. I went in prepared for the worst and recieved GREAT Service, Thanks Jeremy and his team. Ken

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ......EVER!! If they are under new management I can't imagine how bad it was before.I would give them "0" stars but it won't let me. I went in on a Thursday looking at ATVs and was met by Justin.He was ok as a salesman and answered most of my questions.Told him I was looking to buy and that I was also looking at different makes also.He gave me a quote and his card.Another gentleman joined in and asked if all my questions had been answered.Told him what I was looking for and I was looking at other brands also.He said no problem and to contact them when I was ready to buy to see what they could do to earn my business.Everything was good so far. Emailed Justin the following Monday since I knew he would get the email first thing Tuesday when they opened.No reply. I finially called on Wednesday and talked to Justin and asked if he got my email.Uhhhhh....no. was his reply.Told him I was looking to buy now and what I would like to pay for one out the door and to see how close they would come.Got the ... A few days later I emailed Tony the sales manager who just happens to be Justins dad and explained what happened and how bad their customer service is.Its been over a week and no response from him either.I have friend that lives in the area and he said that he saw someone in the parking lot protesting about their service department.HOW THE HELL DOES THIS DEALERSHIP STAY IN BUSINESS! Not only did they lose my business but the friends I had brought to the dealership when I was looking they lost their business as well.They were also looking at buying an ATV from them. I ended up buying from WEST COAST POWERSPORTS in Clearwater.Night and day difference in dealerships.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. They were to replace items on my bike due to a fire in my garage. They charged me for several items but they never replaced them. Becareful!!!!

this dealership made my buying a motorcyle the worst ever, i will not use or sponser them in any way,shape or form. they played the switch game with financing, never fixed a recall item on the bike prior to it being sold....... beware this dealership has issues

I went into performance honda and recieved the worst service ever, to muc to write about, beware stay away!!
