First thanks for the kind words from the below customers and bringing this site to my attention, and for the one negative review if anyone would like to hear my side of it I would be more then happy to tell you, we have been a family owned and operated dealer in Winter Haven for 31years and this is a small town so we try our best to make sure everyone is happy and treated fair, sure there are going to be a few that are not happy as we can not make everyone happy, I have been in the service department all 31 years and all I can promise you is I will treat you as I would want to be treated and you will get the best service we are able to give, we are not perfect but that is what we strive for, give us a try and you decide, thanks Matt

I have been shoping here for 17 years 3 bikes, 4 atv's and they are a great group of people, my kid has grown up on Honda's and they are always happy to help, from teaching him to ride his first dirtbike to letting him on there motorcross track, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there.

This is a good dealership for sale of motorcycles but falls short on service. I bought a Gold Wing here only to have the service manager yell and scream at me. No one should be treated that way as a customer. Very unreasonable behavior.
