I would never deal with this dealership again. I purchased my Victory bike here and had no problems. I had some misgivens at first because they did not seem friendly which made me feel like something was not right. This was confirmed when I dropped my bike going 20mph on a city street while turning. To make a long story short the estimate was $7000.00 dollars and took over 3 months to repair. With the advice of an attorney I finally got the bike back yet to discover it was not completely fixed. Some of the bikes wiring was torn apart and I had to rewire some of the controls and pay another shop to fix some lighting. They will never see me again!

They offered to pick-up my bike and fix the issues, but I cannot trust them. They treated me to bad the 1st time.

I was in the market for a new cruiser and stopped by Freedom Powersports. After looking at all Suzuki, Victory, and Triumph had to offer I settled on the Thunderbird. The sales staff was awesome in helping me and answering all of my questions. I haven't ridden in 20 years so I was a little nervous getting back into it. Chris in the service department went out of his way to show me every detail about my new bike and even scheduled my 1st service for me. A+ guys. Thanks for the great experience!!

I have a M-109 that I purchased from this dealership. Their service department misplaced some records of my last oil change and even though they have a copy of when the oil drain plug worked it's way loose and they had to pick me up on the side of the road and I was never charged for the tow or the repair on that slip. They will not stand behind their work. My bike is a show bike and has not been used about 16 of the last 24 months... my choice due to being painted and some radical front end work. However nothing has been done to the engine. None of this matters though, nor does my extended 5 year warranty from Freedom Power Sports and Suzuki. New owners have taken over the shop and apparently the former service manager who worked there and knew my bike is no longer there. Nor is my salesman... and after dealing with these new people this time... my business will no longer be there. My bike took second place in Daytona Biketoberfest last year, this year I'm betting on first, it's supposed to come out in two magazines this year.... I hope the negative press and negative comments was worth the stinking $180+ dollars they ripped me off of!
