I'm going to have to agree with the other two reviewers. I went there looking for a new Panigale and waited and waited for someone to great me or pay me some attention until I decided to leave. I ended up going to NPR Ducati which also services the Atlanta market and what a difference. The guys at NPR are not only attentive but deliver on what they promise. I also liked the fact that their main mechanic actually lived in Italy for a few years and knows a ton. You should give NPR a try... I hope this helps.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It took them a week and a half to change my tires. They answer the phone about 50% of the time and the service tech named Josh has the attitude of a 14 year old. I never saw more than 2 people working in the service department in the times I visited in early April. Often, there was only 1. IN APRIL!! This is a very poorly run establishment. The salesmen lack basic motorcycle knowledge and several times I saw what looked to be about a 65 year old lady working the showroom who must have been the wife of the owner or something. The place is running on a skeleton crew and a lot of bones are missing. There are bikes in queue for service lined up out to the street with only 2 people at most, and most often only 1 person working on them. There are unleashed dogs roaming the showroom and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I'll never visit this location again. Ever.

I have been using AMW for the last 4 years, ever since they picked up Ducati and Ben Brace. Now that he is gone, this place is seriously lacking the customer service, experience, knowledge and the professionalism he brought to it. I am sad to see him go. I feel this place has really headed down hill without him. An experienced tech that you can actually talk to, and enjoy it, is hard to find. I guess its back to the Duc Shop for me. Atlanta could really use a dedicated dealer. With all the dealerships that have closed throughout the past several years, I think it is finally time to get things on track for us dedicated Ducatisti.
