The service is never on time, always have an excuse. I was told "my higher ups had more important bikes come in and yours was bumped back."

I called this dealer parts department for 3 rubber grommets that help to secure the side covers on my bike. The parts rep said that they did not stock them and that I would have to come in and show them in the parts catalog what exact grommets I needed otherwise if he ordered them and they were the wrong part then there would be a restocking fee. They actually wanted me to show them in the parts list the three grommets or they would charge me a restocking fee on three $11.00 grommets. I called a dealer 30 miles away and they had them in stock and for a buck twenty five they are mailing them to me. I have dealt with this dealerships parts department before and they always seem to talk down to you rather than trying to be courteous and professional.
