Aloha I recently brought my motorcycle into thisshop for repairs and am currently still waiting on those repairs on my BMW F650GS. I bought the motorcycle from this dealership in March/April. I am writing to express my displeasure in their services. I am under the impresion that they are the only certified BMW motorcycle dealership and service center on the island of Oahu. Therefore I find it completely unacceptable that they do not have parts in stock needed to repair the motorcycles they sell. Forceing their customers to wait weeks and weeks whiel they order parts from BMW on the mainland. I even asked them to rush the parts this time, since my motorcycle is my primary form of transportation, I require prompt service. I expected more from a BMW dealership. So far I have had my motorcycle in their shop twice for maintenance and repairs. The first time it took them nearly three weeks to complete the job, after recieving "defective parts". This time it has taken 9 days so far. If there was a different service center that I am not aware of that can repair BMW on Oahu, I would take my motorcycle there instead. Seeing that I as some what 'trapped' and I have to use their services, I would greatly appreciate a more organized, professional, and prompt service from the shop. I am giving them a lot of money, I expect their services to reflect the cost. There is only one other review on this page, but it refelcts my opinions so far.

This dealership sucks, they miss quote parts, miss quote work and are not the most professional in town. The sad part is that this is the only BMW shop in town, if there were others I think that they will give them the run for their money. I hate going to this place but have no choice.
