I visited Paul's Yamaha a few years back when I was seriously considering a cruiser. I talked to the same person torque777 spoke to. The old man in the center of show floor with a fold our card table. I tried to talk price and made him an offer on a new Yamaha V star 650, and man laughed in my face! Today I drive by Paul's Yamaha on my new Kawasaki Vulcan 900 I bought somewhere else laugh. The deals are out there if you look around.

I had some work done to one of my motorcycles here a while ago. i would venture to bet that the positive things said on this site about the shop are made by the employees themselves and not by the customers. I have been riding for over 10 years and this is the worst place to have your bike worked on that I have ever seen. Dirty/unkept showroom: What the hell "pauls"....clean your place up. Unorganized front counter: The guy couldnt find my bike keys at first but then discovered them under a old mcdonalds food bag. Rude employees: Whoever that old guy is that you have as the "greeter", the one that sits at the fold out card table because your front counter is completely covered with crap, he needs a lesson in "how you treat a fellow human being" and then teach him from the book "how you treat someone who is going to give you money"

No way this place is an actual dealership. There is dust on all the motorcycles, didnt even want to sit down on them. Their front desk is a cluttered mess full of papers, old food, customers motorcycle keys, receipets and old catalogs.

Hey Pauls, work on your first impressions. It just cost you a sale.

This is the worst place I have ever taken my bike to.

-When I first arrived they acted like they were too busy to help me and that I was more of an annoyance than a paying customer.

-They said my bike would be fixed in about a week, I got it back 6 weeks later. I called several times to check the status and i got an attitude with the person that answered.

-After finally getting my bike back and paying the $300.00 bill the problem resurfaced a week later and they tried to make it sound like it was something I had done.

If it was possible to rate negative stars I would.

I have purchased 2 Yamaha standups, one we made super stock. Both were raced at the World Finials and won! I have purchased a WR450 , V-MAX and Yamaha generators. I have gotten all my parts from them and the service is the best!!! Thank JR for all you have done! He is the Best Mechanic I have ever met. Dennis Strawn

This dealership is the best one I have ever dealt with in the area they go out of their way to give great service and are very always ready to help their clients get the parts and service they are looking for. I cannot give them a better rating then I will go no where else and will not let anyone else work on my motorcycle. They are fair and great.
