Barber Vintage Motorcycle Museum in Photos

Thursday, July 14, 2011
A few months ago I had the opportunity to visit the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Museum in conjuncture with the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 First Ride and 2011 Suzuki GSX-R750 First Ride reports at Barber Motorsports Park. In between flogging the bikes on track we were able to peruse the museum and check out some of the 1200-plus motorcycles on display. If you’re even a little into bikes than you simply must visit this museum. From 1900s-era Harley-Davidsons to one-off MV Agusta race machinery from literally every era the collection is astounding. Here are some of my favorite bikes on display. Make sure to check out the photo gallery for even more images.

Nice pics Adam! I've been to the museum a couple times. It's my favorite place in the world. I'd happily a job there as a night guard. So many amazing and rare bikes. Truly a must see for any enthusiast. Though they have more than just bikes. There are also some old F1/Indy cars (inluding the black and gold John Player Special!!!), a silver Ferrari from the 60's and some other rare vehicles.

If anyone is ever near Birmingham Alabama you MUST go to Barber!
