The Beta RS 520 has been given a redesigned cylinder head with at reinforced camshaft bridge, valve retainers, and an updated cam chain tensioner for noise reduction. It also has been given a new clutch primary gear and springs for better engagement and clutch action. The Beta RS 520 is equipped with a new Brembo clutch master cylinder for a better clutch feel and engagement and a new frame for less flex and better stability.
