I agree with the other reviews but that is why I liked the place. The owner is an awesome guy and he cut me a deal on a grizzley atv and really went out of his way to help me get it. He sold it to me for 2100 bucks off of the msrp and he through in a helmet for free when he didnt have to. As far as customer service I like to look around without salesmen trying to talk me to death right when I walk in. They were more than happy to help me when I asked and accually needed it.

Some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They'll just ignore you and visit among themselves or with a buddy. I will drive 40-50 miles to Boise to avoid doing any business with these amateurs.

The entire staff completely ignored my presence for about twenty minutes and made me feel very unwelcomed. I felt as if some things were more important to them than making a sell.
