I was on my way to Sturgis (2011). Had problems with my 99 VN1500. Looking for a Kawasaki dealer in the area i read many bad reviews about service, or lack of it. But i was stuck 1000 miles from home and had no choice but to intrust my bike to one of the local dealers. Des Plaines Yamaha Suzuki and Kawasaki was the closest one from my hotel.
It was thursday, i was told that they could not look at my bike before monday next week. I said that i'm going to Sturgis and have to leave Chicago on Saturday latest. Owner told me to leave bike. Called me next day around noon to say that bike is ready... I was expecting huge bill (considering my situation). Total was only $85. Wanted to pay extra $20 for helping me out and not taking advantage of my situation. They never accepted penny more.
I'm writing that because when we have bad experience we want everyone to know about it, however good deads.... You know what i mean.

Service guys always seem to have an attitude...don't bother asking to add 5lbs of air, you're not allowed.
