Service Rating: Poor They gave me excuses when I went to pick up my bike and nothing was done. On Wednesday, they said come in on Thursday and pick up your bike, it will be ready. Late Thursday afternoon, I went in and they had not even started work on it. Poor communications on their part, both internal and external.

Bought in my Kawasaki motorcycle for 'spring' oil change and basic tune-up for preventative maintenence. (The bike was running fine.) When I went in to pick-up the bike, I was told the battery needed to be changed (which I declined as I has just replaced the battery the previous summer and had not had any problems with it.) The bike was returned to me without gas (I has a full-tank when I brought it in), but was given $5 in cash to fill the tank myself. Rode the bike home, but when I went to start it the very next day, gas had leaked all over the floor of my garage and the engine wouldn't even turn over. Have called the service dept TWICE to find out what they will do to fix their shody repair and they HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I do not recommend this shop for even basic servicing. The garage was very disorganized and the front office was a wreck. I should have known from those clues alone. Wish I would have researched this company, but thought a 'dealer' would be safe.
