Interview Twisted Choppers
.
Kai has a bit of the Willie Nelson look to him. Kai's bike is named 'Wiskey Business', one of Willie's signiture songs is 'Whiskey River.' Coincidence?
Tsk, tsk, tsk... That is not safe riding gear.
Kai feels Burnout 101 is required for any bike that graduates from the Twisted Choppers garage. Here 'Whiskey Business' gets a burnout of the goodness-gracious-great-balls-of-fire variety.
The Twisted crew had some harsh (and funny) words to say about the Orange County Choppers phenomenon, but they can't rag on Discovery Channel too much, since they are to be featured on an upcoming episode of the network's Biker Build-Off.
The Denver springer front betrays clues as to what music is playing in the Twisted shop when the work gets down. With music such a big influence on the Twisted boys, the machines reflect the hard and heavy sounds from their play list.

"Whiskey Business" sports a foot-clutch and hand shifter.
I said is wouldn't be a comfortable pillion ride not that you couldn't do it, as the rear footpegs attest.
Kai Morrison, one of the four men who make up Twisted Choppers, draws inspiration from Heavy metal and trips to the gentlemen's club to make custom machines like his own personal ride (above) dubbed 'Whiskey Business.'
The Twisted chopper is long and lean.
Morrison's ride, 'Whiskey Business' utilizes some pre-existing components, but the frame, tanks, controls, and other unique touches were pieced together at Twisted's Sioux City, Iowa shop.

The Harley-Davidson Shovelhead engine is one of the pre-existing components housed in 'Whiskey Business' frame, but as you can see, the classic motor has a decidedly Twisted package around it.

One of the signature touches to 'Whiskey Business' are the Ford hubcabs, which serve as the sides of the oil tank.

A comfortable pillion it is not.

The old Shovelhead has gets a modern makeover in 'Whiskey Business.'
The controls for 'Whiskey Business' were fabricated at Twisted's Sioux City, Iowa, shop.
