Blake Baggett became the 2012 250 motocross champion at Lake Elsinore.

Baggett went down in Moto 2 but was able to remount quickly and made it back up to second by the checkers.

Ryan Dungey (5) and Mike Alessi (800) once again went head-to-head in 450 motocross.
Eli Tomac took second in Moto 1 but went down in Moto 2 and fell to the back of the pack. He finished the season in third overall.
Jake Weimer ended the season just one point ahead of Andrew Short in third overall.
Justin Barcia went 3-1 at Lake Elsinore and finished second overall behind Blake Baggett.
Miss Supercross made an appearance at Lake Elsinore for all her adoring fans.
Malcolm Stewart went 7-6 to finish in fifth overall at Lake Elsinore.
Mike Alessi went 2-2 at Lake Elsinore and finished off the season in second behind Ryan Dungey.
Even though Ryan Dungey had the title secure, he still rode to win, going 1-1 at Lake Elsinore.

Tyla Rattray went 4-4 at Lake Elsinore in the 450 class.
Wil Hahn went 5-4 at Lake Elsinore and finished the season sixth in points in the 250 class.
