Honda has released 2008 model information about some of its popular off-road machines. None of the changes are particularly mind blowing with the big news still to come for the high-profile CRF-R and CRF-X models.

First up is the largest of Honda's mellow trail bikes, the CRF230F. The seat is narrower for '08 as is the fuel tank and the stock handlebars are wider. Short and sweet, but the nature of the changes may add up to a much different feel in the rider layout. The CRF150F had the same modifications performed on it as well, but also gets new jetting for the 24mm carb.

The smaller F models, including the 100F, 80F, 70F and 50F are carryover models for the 2008 season. While Honda's smallest off-roaders are unchanged, so is its largest, the XR650L which provides the same dual-sport capability as last year.

In the motocross realm, the smallest MXers have been updated as well. The CRF150R and Expert model (RB) were part of a Product Update Campaign along with the CRF250R last year when Big Red discovered possible defects in the smaller machines' camshaft. Obviously that has been addressed for 2008 along with the ever-important graphics update.

2008 Honda Off-Road MSRP:
CRF150R8 - $4,199
CRF150RB - $4,299
CRF230F - $3,649
CRF150F - $3,149
CRF100F - $2,399
CRF80F - $2,099
CRF70F - $1,699
CRF50F - $1,349
