I attempted twice to do business at Gardy's as I had recently moved to the area and am ad avid motorcyclist and believe in utilizing local business. On the first occasion, I had to seek out help when looking into a motorcycle they had for sale. When I did locate a salesperson, the young man acted as if I was wasting his time and had a lot better things to do that to talk with me. Disgusted, I promptly left.

Later, after considering that the aforementioned incident could very well been a fluke, I decided to give Gardy's another try. I fully intended to but some synthetic oil, spark plugs, and have a tire installed and wheel trued on my bike – in other words, intending to spend some money that day. Again, I had to search around the store for a sales person - who again greeted me with a straight face and flat tone. I began to relay to him what I was interested in having them do and he interrupted by saying, "what exactly do you need". So I began listing the items and services singularly. He then looked away from me - while I was in mid-sentence - to another employee behind the counter and started talking to him. I stopped. He eventually looked back to me and asked, "what did you need again?" At that point I gathered up my parts and left. Unbelievable.

I WOULD NOT recommend Gadry's Kawasaki Sports Center in Stillwater, MN to anyone. Recreational vehicle parts and service are expensive as it is, let alone having to put up with self important, elitist salespeople with an entitlement mentality.

I've purchased 2 bikes there one new and one used. I've also sold 2 bikes through Gardy's on consignment. Joel and his staff are straight forward and honest guys to do business with. I would not buy a bike any where else and would personally recommend them to anyone.

I brought my ZX636 ninja to you to be fixed for an electrical issue and your company completed a tune up on the bike as well. I’m very displeased with the honesty of the service staff. You never called me to give me updates and when I got there they bill was like double what you told me in the first place. You stated on my receipt you did a tune-up which included adjusting the cables and lubed them, which you did not complete. I took my bike in for a valve adjusted to a private mechanic and he took pictures and proved to me that you guys did not lube or adjust any of my cables. You also were suppose to fix corroded wires which was not completed either. I would not recommend your service center to anyone because of this bad experience and have wrote reviews on-line explaining my experience with your service center. I will never in the future return and will tell all my sport bike friends the same thing. You can’t just say you’re going to DO SOMETHING and change me for it and not complete the work. That is just plain RUDE.
