To Whom it Concerns: If you’re like me, you live by the old adage, “if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” I can assure you that this is not the case if you decide to work with Quaid Temecula Harley Davidson Sales Representative, Paul DiNoto. My wife and I were prepared to include our 2008 FLHX as part of the purchase of a new motorcycle. “Blue Book” trade in value was listed at $13,750.00 and the listed retail value was a little over $18,000.00.The Street Glide had been maintained well, making it an easy sale and $4000.00 to $5,000.00 profit for the dealership. I was extremely skeptical when Paul suggested that we collaborate with him to sell the Street Glide as a private party free of charge. Against my own better judgment, I decided to trust Paul and privately sell the bike instead of including it in the purchase. I’m very glad that I did so. Paul provided clear, concise instructions in both verbal and written form. We followed his guidance, posting the Street Glide at his website, local advertising vehicles, and put the word out to some of my associates with whom I served in the Marine Corps. 10 days later we had a cash buyer for the bike. The sale netted over $2,250.00 more than if I had used it as part of the purchase as a trade in. Not only did we make $2,250.00 more, but we put the additional money toward the finance of the new bike, which dropped the payments $45.00 a month. Over the life of a 60 month loan, we will end up saving over $2,700.00. I would highly recommend working with Paul DiNoto if you want to save a substantial amount of money on your trade in. We did and you should too. Respectfully, John

Thank YOU Paul DiNoto, for helping me sell my 2009 Harley Davidson Road Glide within eight days and no commission. Paul connected me with several potential buyers, one of whom purchased the bike for $18,921. His system works and his help invaluable in purchasing and selling your bike. Listen to his well-connected advice and his experience in the sale of your bike. He will also help you overcome any credit problems you might encounter along the way. I can highly recommend Paul DiNoto for any sale you are thinking about regarding motorcycles. He's the Real Deal! Thanks Again. Carl

Paul Dinoto helped me out as soon as I walked into Quaid Harley. He was very helpful in getting me on the exact Harley that I wanted and getting me out the door with the keys in my hand. Not only did Paul help me with my Harley, but he also helped me with my other Bike. I had a 2004 Honda CBR 600 that I was looking to sell for $4500. Paul offered me his services to help sell the bike with no commission. At this offer I was a little skeptical until he showed me a stack of letters, very much like this one that I am writing now, of other bike owners that Paul had helped sell there old bikes for free. I'm telling you know that Paul put my Honda in his shop and we were able to find a buyer for $6000. $1500 more than what I was originally asking for. Paul is taking no commission and fees of any kind for this. I recommend that if your buying a Harley from Paul (and if your not you should) and you need another bike, atv, car or anything else sold. Ask Paul to help you out. He probably can get it sold and for a very good price without any fees. I know his help has gotten me not just the Harley I wanted, but my old bike sold for more money than I could have gotten for it. Matthew S.

First of all, I would like to commend Paul Dinoto on helping me buy the motorcycle of my dreams, the Harley-Davidson 2011 CVO, FLHX! I have been looking and thinking of a CVO motorcycle for over 4 years and deliberating over the different models. I began to think I could not be able to purchase a new CVO until he explained his selling program to me. Thanks to Paul, I was able to get the asking price for my 2003 Indian Scout. He showcased it on his web site and made it accessible to many potential buyers. Furthermore, he took the time to talk with all of the potential buyers and explain the custom details of the motorcycle and the available financing. Finally, we were able to find a qualified buyer for my motorcycle within 60 days! I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me! I am very happy with the purchase of the my new Harley-Davidson CVO, FLHX and the selling of my Indian. I would recommend Paul DiNoto to anyone who is interested in purchasing a motorcycle. He has many programs that can help out any buyer. Thank you again, Jim

I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank Paul DiNoto for his assistance with the sale of my 2006 Road King Custom (FLHRSI). I bought a new bike from Paul on June 30th, 2010, and part of our deal was for him to assist me with selling my bike.
I must say that Paul unselfishly worked, during a down time in our economy, to get my bike sold. The Blue Book resale value was much less than I had in my bike; however, Paul was sure I could get a better dollar value and he was right. The book value was listed at approximately $13, 000, but the bike was clean and had low mileage. Paul was instrumental in finding me a buyer and I received the amount I truly felt the bike was worth ($15,895). That computed to a $2,895 additional advantage to me and Paul didn’t receive one dime for his efforts. That’s right; he took no commission for helping me sell my bike.
Paul performed as promised and I sincerely want to thank him for his effort. If you want to buy a new or used Harley, I recommend seeing Paul DiNoto before you look anywhere else. I have bought two bikes from Paul and I know when I buy my next Harley, Paul will be the one I go to.

Just wanted to thank Paul Dinoto for your help in finding a buyer for my 2004 FXDWG. Not only for finding someone, but also getting full price of $13,995. Its was a pleasure working with him on this deal, my wife and I are really enjoying the new Ultra Classic. I would encourage anyone to work with Paul on buying or selling, he did what he told me he would do in a timely manner and for free. Thanks Again, Dave W.

I first met Paul in 2007 when I bought my 07 Road King, Paul made me a good deal on the bike and even tossed in a couple of freebies.

I went back to Paul when I purchased my 09 Ultra Classic Electra Glide.
Paul helped me sell my Road king through a program he developed without taking one dime in commission.
Paul is the real deal; he does what he say’s he’ll do and is a straight up guy.

I can not speak highly enough of Paul’s honesty and integrity.
I’ll be riding my Ultra for a long time, but when its time for a new one I will go back to Paul.

I wish to express my gratitude for Mr. Paul A. Dinoto’s time and professional efforts to assist me in my purchase of my 2010 Road Glide. Mr. Dinoto not only got me a great price but also gave me several options to obtain the best price for my 2005 Dyno trade-in. Mr. Dinoto’s experience in the financing options helped me leave the same day with my 2010 Harley. The promises he made during our transaction were taken with a bit of skepticism but proved to be true. I would let others know that Mr. Dinoto keeps his promises. Again, I personally thank Mr. Paul Dinoto for his honesty and integrity throughout my purchase.
Sincerely,
Mike

I just want to say that I appreciated all the time and effort you put in helping me finance my 2010 Harley 883 with Harley Davidson Financial. I have always wanted to ride and Quaid Harley Davidson and Paul made my dream come true. After my divorce, my credit was ruined. When Paul suggested that I try to qualify for a loan, I knew it was futile. But he doesn't take "no" or "not going to happen" for an answer. Thank you for all your communication through out the purchase process and also for your pep talks.
I have already given your name to people who I know are interested in purchasing their own Harley Davidson. I cannot tell them enough of your kindness and willingness to go that extra mile to help me and to satisfy all of your customers.
If all sale persons were like you, we, the consumer, would not have anything to worry about.
Again, I just want to say thank you again, you have made me a life long customer at Quaid Harley Davidson.

I would like to thank Paul Dinoto for all the help he gave me in selling my 2007 FLHTCU ULTRA for $15,000. Paul assured me I would get more if I sold it myself . He was right I got $4,000 more then the dealer offered. Paul never received any money for his help and spent a lot of time on phone helping me.
Amy June 27, 2010 09:03 AM
I want to thank you Paul Dinoto for helping me sell my 2007 Suzuki C50 for $7000, that’s $4000 above the blue book price! Thank you for directing someone who was interested and motivated to buy! I will definitely send any future buyer/seller your way! For anyone who reads this Paul also never received any money for selling my bike. He kept his word and never gave up until bike was sold. It’s a shame that all dealers don’t do for their customers what Paul has done for me. So I sure am glad I was able to take part in such a successful program. Anyone who doubts how good Paul is at his job should go to his website where he had my bike listed and check it out. www.paulsharleys.com
Thanks a bunch!

Dear Mr. Paul Dinoto,
Thank you, for all your personal care and attention, given to us regarding purchase & service of my 09 Harley Davidson Street Glide!
This letter is to further explain to all concerned, how much we, my wife & I appreciate Paul’s service. After looking forward to retirement, with a sense of excitement, I had planned to visit various motorcycle shops to consider purchasing a used Harley. At first I had decided not to make a major purchase (new) as the economy was headed for the tank.
I was very near a used purchase! As I was in process of making a decision, I stopped by to view new motorcyles to make some comparisons! I met Paul Dinoto at Quaid H.D. As I explained to him my situation, he took the time to thoroughly go through different points of consideration in purchasing a new bike vs. used. The more he explained, the more convinced I became!
Before the day ended, I had made up my mind to purchase a new Heritage Classic Soft Tail, the perfect bike for me. With much thanks to Paul, as he helped me with outside financing (with many references). He also helped make it possible for me to get the lowest interest rate.
As time went on, I brought my bike into the shop for service. As I had time, I began to look at what was new on the floor. Paul spotted me and offered me his service. I saw the new Street Glide Touring bike and wished I had bought that instead.
His reply was no less than expected “Why don’t you buy the Street Glide and I’ll help you sell your new Heritage, as I have lots of potential clients looking for that model.” After a lot of thought, and stating that we didn’t want two payments or two bikes, we came to an agreement that they “Quaid” would help me sell my Heritage.
I signed a new contract and became a proud new owner of a 09 Street Glide. We were unable to sell the Heritage for some months, but Paul never stopped trying as he gave me many leads. Eventually we found the right buyer.
Thanks to Paul we didn’t have to pay commission (20%), and we didn’t have to lower the price (we were asking 18,500, but sold for 18, 495). We received at least twelve different leads from Paul. He worked very hard to put us together with the right qualified buyers.
We believe that due to Paul’s years of experience, and the personal contact with his customers as well as his personal knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles, he was able to take a personal interest, continued to look for the right person and called me week after week as he had new leads until we were able to make the right deal.
Paul Dinoto has proven himself to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring with a personal touch. You can count on him to be in your corner ready to do whatever it takes to serve your needs
Sincerely,
Larry

Dear Paul Dinoto,
I came to you with an idea to upgrade my ride. We viewed and discussed used and new models you had displayed. Although I didn’t intend to buy a Hog at this time, because I had a truck and motorcycle payment already, you showed me the 2010 Electra Glide Limited and that was all I needed. The custom paint was even close to Marine Corps Scarlet & Gold.
But, I could not do the deal with those payments already and you provided free assistance and advice needed to help me sell the truck in just a few weeks.
The ride is great. It’s a beautiful machine. I can’t express my gratitude for all the effort and support you’ve provided so far and are continuing to provide in selling my other bike. You did this on your own, asking no commission, just great customer service and excellent service after the sale.
I look forward to continuing to visit Quaid’s and intend to refer any of my acquaintances to you before they shop any other dealer. I know they will get treated like kings. Much appreciated and happy trails!

S/F and God Bless America!

In December I came to Paul Dinoto asking for his help on getting my night train sold and getting me on a 2010 Street Glide. He pointed me in the right direction on how to get what I wanted for the bike and how to do it quickly. Six days after the bike went up for sale it was sold and that was much faster than I had anticipated. No sooner did I have the idea of selling my night train and he had me riding off the showroom floor on my new 2010 FLHX. I can’t thank him enough for the effort he put forth to get me what I wanted and he didn’t charge me a thing. I will definitely send people his way when they are in the business to buy a Harley! Thank you again.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Paul Dinoto for his help with the sale of my bike. I bought the bike last year in March 2009 and he was my sales representative. The original purchase went smooth. His personality during this transaction encouraged me to return and trade up. He suggested I participate in his program to help improve my credit and he would help find a buyer for my bike commission free. I wanted to sell the bike for the balance of the loan, which was $10,900. Within 10 days of having my Sportster he was able to locate a buyer and we were able to complete the transaction. He never guaranteed that I would be able to find a buyer but because I did what he asked things went smoothly and I was able to purchase my upgrade and sell my Sportster.
Great Service April 12, 2010 09:14 AM
I would like to sincerely thank Paul Dinoto for helping me with my purchase of my new 2010 Road glide and even more so for helping me sell my 2008 road king at no cost to me. Blue book value for my road king was $15,960.00 and I owed $20,820.00. In two weeks Paul found a buyer willing to pay the full amount with a down payment when I thought for sure I would have to come out of pocket at least $2,000. I’m having a blast on my new road glide and I don’t need to worry about making a second payment I can’t afford.
Thanks again Paul,
Jason Tronti

I would like to also thank Paul Dinoto so much for all that he has done. When I went into Quaid Harley Davidson in Temecula, I knew that I wanted to purchase a HD Road Glide, but I had a Softail that I needed to sell first. After sitting with Paul for a short period of time, he had both my wife and I convinced that we could not only purchase the Road Glide, but also he would assist in selling my Softail.

My decision to purchase the new bike was mostly based on the feeling of trust I got from talking to him. He showed his dedication and commitment to his customers. I walked away with the feeling that I was more then just a number and Paul and Quaid will stand by their customers.

Coincidently, I sold my Softail long before I made my first payment, just as he had promised. He also provided me with invaluable advise about financing my new bike. I would like to thank him again and would highly recommend him to all my friends or family.

Sincerely,
BJ Welsh

I, Rocco Misiano would like to formally thank Paul DiNoto for helping me finance my new 2010 Harley Davidson Street Glide. He also helped me sell my 2006 1200 Custom Sportster, and found a customer to buy it without getting a commission for himself. He also got the dollar figure I wanted. I highly recommend his service to anyone, and would gladly turn to him in the future if I needed further assistance.
Thank You.

To Management of Quaid Temecula Harley Davidson,

I would like to pass on the very positive experience I had purchasing my new 2009 Harley Davidson softail deluxe from Quaid Temecula Harley Davidson. I live in San Diego California and I drive past at least three Harley Dealers on my way to Q.T.H-D. I drove the extra miles mainly due to the excellent treatment I received from sales representative Paul Dinoto. I was very glad I was able to have the advantage of Paul’s sales expertise. It was Paul’s attitude, professionalism, assistance and keeping his promise of making me the best deal on a new Harley and making the whole process of purchasing a Harley Davidson much less stressful and surprisingly more pleasant than any purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. Paul was always willing to go the extra distance to assist me in my purchase. Other dealer’s salesmen were often less than enthusiastic in the way I was dealt with. They did not follow up on return calls to me and seemed to either have the attitude that I needed them more than they needed my business or they could not make good on their promise of making me the best deal. Paul’s non-salesman sales approach was refreshingly unusual to my experiences with other salesman I have previously had to deal with. With Paul Dinoto as my salesman I did not have to go through the usual 4 to 6 hour haggling process so common with most vehicle purchases. I asked Paul for his best “out the door price” and that’s exactly what I received. He was true to his word that he would give me the best deal and that’s exactly what he did. (Believe me I checked around). When it came time to sign the papers to complete the purchase, there was none of the usual bait and switch tactics so common at other dealerships I have dealt with previously. Paul was also very helpful when I was customizing my new Harley, calling me constantly when ever he had an idea or suggestion he thought I might like to consider.

I would like to thank all involved in my Harley Davidson purchase at Quaid Temecula Harley Davidson, and especially Paul Dinoto for making the process a very positive one. I would definitely want Paul as my sales representative for any future Harley Davidson purchase and I highly recommend Paul Dinoto as to anyone best choice for a salesman in a purchase of a New or used Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Sincerely,
Charles

On Thursday January 14, 2010 I bought a Harley from Paul Dinoto at Quaid Harley Davidson. In exchange he offered to help me sell my old 2005 Suzuki Boulevard with no money to him. By Sunday January 17, 2010 Paul had my Boulevard sold for $8,700. This is $2,500 above blue book. Paul more than kept his word and I have no fear that he will continue to provide me with outstanding service.
Sincerely,
Brian

I want to thank you for the great sales experience I had buying my Harley Davidson from Quaid. I know you will deliver great sales for years to come. Paul you show character, attitude, and considerable aptitude with your experience in sales that made buying a motorcycle a lot easier.
I am excited about my bike and looking forward to continue doing business with your company.

My name is Joe and recently I purchased a 2008 Dyna Super Glide Custom from Quaid Harley Davidson. I was trying to sell a 2008 Kawasaki ZX-10 for 11,300, because that is how much was owed, but was getting no offers more than 7,500. Within one day, Paul Dinoto, found a buyer for the full amount of 11,300. Paul has taken no commission from the sale and has been a great help getting me onto an outstanding bike and out from under another.
Thank you Paul for all your help.
Shane December 13, 2009 07:59 PM
Paul Dinoto,

I can't thank you enough for what you've done to help me. You've changed my idea of the dishonest dealership just trying to make a buck, and the shady car salesman. You stick to your word, and for that; I thank you. I was happy to write this letter. Thanks again, and if I or anyone I can send your way have any questions or need anything in the future, you'll be my first call.

Dear Paul Dinoto,
I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help in selling my 1999 Fat Boy for $13,800 and which was $3,000.00 over blue book!! I was skeptical that you could do it but not only did you do what you said but you did it within 3 days and for no charge or commission. We are enjoying the new 2009 Ultra Classic and the ride that we were looking for. Everyone at Quaid was very helpful at getting our butts on that seat.

Thank You,
Ken & Cheri Cope

I wanted to write Paul Dinoto a letter to thank him for the incredible service he provided me. When I came into Quaid’s a few Sundays ago, the last thing on my mind was riding out of there on a new bike. I happen to spot a Street Glide in the color I wanted, and while I thought I was dreaming, because I still owed $6000 on my Road Glide and that is what dealers wanted to give me for trade. Paul said he could make it happen. I must say I was skeptical, but Paul, I am a true believer in what you say. You said to follow your "plan" and everything would work out, well you were right. Following your plan I had my 2005 Road Glide sold for $15,800, which is $3000 over Keller Blue Book retail value within 7 days. I’m on my way to finishing your plan, and know it will work just as you said!
Thanks again Paul!

I want to acknowledge and thank Paul DiNoto for his hard work and commitment in selling my 2008 Ultra Classic Screaming Eagle ll0 within seven days after the purchase of a 2010 Ultra Classic Screaming Eagle. This was an unusual sale in that the gentlemen who purchased my 2008 Ultra Classic for $32800, which was over retail Kelly Blue Book. As part of consideration, Paul also agreed to sell his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Paul has made this commitment to sell both bikes free, no commission paid to him for selling each Harley Davidson.
I would like to thank him for his hard work and dedication to selling Harley Davidson Motorcycles from the Quaid Harley Davidson dealership at Temecula.

I wanted to thank you for your help in getting me on my new 2008 FLHTCU. You knew I was concerned with having to make two bike payments but you assured me that you would assist me with the sale and in getting financing for the new buyer if needed. You sent numerous buyers to me and ran credit checks on perspective buyers. While it took a few months to sell, you continued to send buyers until the bike was sold.

In my opinion you went above and beyond what is expected of a salesman. Not only did you not pressure sale me into a new bike but you helped me sell the old one. You did all of this at no cost for helping to sell the old bike! I highly recommend you and Temecula Harley to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a new or used Harley.

I was not in the market for a new motorcycle when I walked into Quaid H.D., but when approached by Paul Dinoto about the great deals being offered, he peaked my interest. I told him that I had a bike and I wasn't looking yet because I would need to sell mine first and that's when it all happened for me. Paul said he could sell my bike for me for more $$ than I was told by others and he would do it for free. He put me on a new 09 Street Glide for less than any other dealer too. I thought it was just a salesman talking sh*t and I would be on my Wide Glide for alot longer. Well Paul kept his promise and found a buyer for my 03 Dyna. Now I roll on my new 09 Street Glide. There was no hassle at all with Quaid or Paul, they did every thing they said they would and they now have a new customer for life!! Thanks Too You All at Quaid H.D. Temecula. Alan

Paul,

Thanks so much for your tireless help in selling my 2005 Harley Davidson Electra Glide. I certainily appreciate your honesty in dealing with me on my new bike, and your tireless effort in helping me. Your professional demeanor allowed me to feel comfortable in dealing not only with Quaid, but you personally. I will highly recommend others to come and purchase a bike from you in the future.

Thanks so much

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Paul A. Dinoto for the professionalism he exhibited during a recent transaction we had on selling and purchasing Harley-Davidson bikes.

I had talked to Paul about six months prior about purchasing a Tri Glide Ultra Classic Harley that was in the store. Unfortunately, it was already sold.
I went back to the Quaid Temecula Harley-Davidson store to purchase a helmet and ran into Paul again. Paul and I discussed once more about the purchase of a Tri Glide Ultra with the trade-in of my 2009 Custom Softail Springer. Paul said he had a special program he could offer me to sell my bike without taking a commission from the sale. After discussion, we agreed on a price and I ended buying the Tri Glide and went home. Within 2 hours, Paul called me and told me he had a buyer for my Softail Springer. I was blown away. It was unbelievable that he sold it that quick and didn’t take a commission.

I would highly recommend Mr. Paul Dinoto to anyone wanting to buy or sell Harleys.

On Friday, June 26, 2009, I went to Quaid Harley Davidson in Temecula, California to look at a couple of motorcycles that I was interested in. I met with Paul Dinoto and asked to see a Nightster and an Iron. Paul did not have either of those bikes in stock but that he could get one for me. He asked me when I was going to buy and I told him that I had a Vespa that I had to sell first. Paul told me that he could help me take care of that at no obligation to me. He said that this was a service that he provided to his customers free of charge. I followed his directions and on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, Paul was able to sell my Vespa.

I just wanted to thank Paul Dinoto for the service he provided me in the purchases of both Harley's the 1200 Custom and the Road King Classic. He provided me with good customer service both times understanding my needs. I also would like to thank him for assisting me in the selling of the1200 Custom. He provided me with people interested in purchasing the 1200 Custom, making no money or profit from me selling the motorcycle. Now that's good customer service. Once again thank you Paul for your good customer service and I will recommend you to my friends when they are ready to purchase their Harley-Davidson. Your friend! George

It is with great appreciation that I express my gratitude to Paul Dinnoto, who is responsible for selling my 2004 Harley Davidson Sportster XL1200C with 12,289 miles for a total of $9800.00 which is $2800.00 more than the bike was rated in the Kelly Blue Book! I am also very thankful to Paul because with his help selling my bike I was able to make that $2800.00 as a profit…to which Paul didn’t keep or make any commission off of the sale of my Sportster!

With Gratitude,

How can I respond to these false accusations? I would like to tell the real story. There were many people that were sent to them to buy their bike. They refused all offers. When we first agreed that I would HELP Advise THEM on how to sell their bike with no commission to me, it was given to them in writing that they were suppose to call weekly with updates of their progress which was never done. In order to sell the bike they needed to advertise in papers besides getting my customer referrals. They sat and waited for me to send all my customers to them. I never promised to do anything accept to send them customers who may be interested in their bike and help get them financed to buy their bike because they can not finance anyone. I have names and numbers on all the buyers I tried to send them. Their bike was a piece of garbage with a bad cluch, bad tires that were bald, work needed to be done and bike was misrepresented on their part. They turned down several offers to buy their bike and James said he wanted to keep his bike after he purchased another bike but decided not to after he got sick. They were supposed to keep in contact each week to let me know how the sale to their bike was going and I never heard from them maybe once every three months not once a week. They are mad because they tried to force a bike with a lot of problems on my employer and I sell bikes, I don’t work on them. When my dealer found all those problems with the bike and couldn't buy it because of the cost to repair it. They are trying to misrepresent the situation without the whole story being told is wrong. They also neglected to tell in their story that my employer offered to consign their bike for 10% not 15% after the problems would have been fixed on their bike. They didn't want to do that. They wanted to saddle the new buyer instead of fixing the bike. We cannot sell a bike unless it goes through a safety check. I also gave them two buyers while we were waiting for them to come back and pick up their bike. They chose to be angry instead of selling their bike professional. It goes to show you that when you try to do something for someone for free, some take advantage of you. Thanks a lot Tammy Swanson you don't give good hope to others who need to sell their bikes but I have five years worth of great referral letters showing the great experience others have had buying or selling a motorcycle with me and Quaid Temecula Harley Davidson. Shame on you. Paul DiNoto

I have bought two Harley Davidson motorcycle's in the past (2005 Roadking / 2007 Ultra) from Quaid Harley Davidson-Temecula. After buying the second motorcycle, the salesman (Paul Dinoto) agreed to help sell the first motorcycle (Roadking). After two years, I still have both motorcycles. On 04-03-09, we received a call from Paul Dinoto (Salesman)-Quaid Harley Davidson in Temecula. He told us that one of the owners of the dealership (Gordon Quaid) and the business manager (Filamena Powers) had agreed to buy the Roadking at the 'Blue Book' price of $10,100. Paul Dinoto told us to get the payoff loan amount, which was $9688.95 and to bring the Roadking down to the dealership, which I did that day. We went into Paul's office, where he had me sign all of the contract paperwork to sell the Roadking to the dealership. I even canceled the insurance on the Roadking, due to the fact the selling paperwork had been signed. On 04-08-09, my wife received a call from the business manager (Powers) who said she never agreed to this sale (although her signature is on some of the paperwork) and that they were not going to buy the Roadking, although all of the transfer / sales paperwork had been signed. We called Paul Dinoto back who told us that both Powers and the owner, Gordon Quaid were aware of the sale and had authorized it. Paul Dinoto said he wasn't sure why they had changed their mind and now wanted to back out of the deal. We explained to Paul Dinoto that they had accepted the Roadking, we had signed transfer / sales paperwork and now they were going to try to renege on the deal they had agreed to, almost a week prior. I also spoke to Gordon Quaid (Owner) on 04-09-09. He told me that Paul Dinoto brings him 10 deals a week and he just didn't remember this one. I asked Gordon Quaid if he had even looked at the transfer / sale paperwork that had been signed; he said, "No". I asked him to look at the paperwork and that it appears they are reneging on on signed contract. (The paperwork was signed and the motorcycle was delivered.) I told him that I believed there was no cooling off period for consumers and that it had to apply to dealerships also. Gordon Quaid told me, "The contract is not good until the exchange of money takes place". I do not believe this is good business practice and I can't believe a dealer would do this. I understand times are tough for everyone, but I can't believe a company can be so irresponsible as to allow this to happen.
