Sales and service are on two different pages! Sales told me everything was paid on my card and upon pick up service wanted to recharge me for labor. I was told that they would call me by the end of the week 5 different times and had to call them back each time. Each time I called it was like they were hearing about me for the first time. This riding season alone I've dropped over $1000 on gear in that place. The shop was too cheep to buy a roll of tape to finish the job I allready paid them for and they told me not to come back because I was upset. AS IF I'D HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. I love my Honda but their employees need to pull their heads from their asses and look at the real world!
