well i see the service dept is STILL not doing it right, this place is a mess, i had 2 bikes go there and both was a major upset. the first bike i had the cabs re jetted they said 4 days, took 3 weeks and they never did get it right, i finally had it done else wear, the 2nd bike was the first service check up, now this is were it gets good!! they only drained half of my oil out, they forgot the other 2 drain plugs, i found this out after i got home to re-check the oil, when i took the oil cap off the oil came rolling out all down the side of the tank and on the floor, they filled it back up with 5 quarts of oil way to much, now i grab a towel out of my side bag and it's soaking wet!!! my saddle bag was almost half full of water, they let my new 15k bike set out in the rain and they took on the water, i go back down there mad as h*ll, they acted like it was NO big deal, said the guy who serviced my bike was kind of new!!!. well long story short YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 2 TIMES NOW.

I found the service dept very very slow also! I dropped my carb only off there, the fuel tube was leaking, they could not give an estimate//????????, and it has been there 2 weeks now, they claim waiting on parts, but i can order parts off line, and have them in 3 days!! picking carb up today, taking to st charles, they claim same day service!

I have found the people at Donelsons always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of products and can special order any accessory.

the sales and the parts dept, are great but the service dept, could use a major overhauling the last 3 times there with 3 different bikes was a upset!!!! they can't get things done on a proper time level even if they tell you a date, the work was done poorly, i had to tell them what was wrong, the only reason to that was i already paid to have it done so THEY were going to do it. go there if you want but good luck!!!! you have been warned!
